IR test on every winding, phase rotation verified, all terminations torqued and recorded.

Output waveform on the scope; frequency and voltage regulation against the design figures.

Stepped load bank
25, 50, 75 and 100% of rated capacity on a resistive bank, logged at each step.

Thermal soak
Held at rated load until stable, then a thermal scan of the power stage and joints.

Transfer testing
Mains to battery, battery to mains, bypass in and out — verified on the scope, not by the panel LED.

Bank discharged at rated load so the backup figure on your certificate is measured, not calculated.

01Do you manufacture UPS systems yourself or resell them?
We manufacture. Cabinets, transformers and power-stage assembly are done at our works in Pune, and every unit runs a burn-in cycle on a resistive load bank at rated capacity before dispatch. The test sheet ships with the machine and you are welcome to come and watch the test.
02What capacity range do you build?
Online UPS from 3 kVA to 200 kVA across three series: single-phase in and out to 10 kVA, three-phase in with a single-phase output from 10 to 60 kVA, and three-phase in and out from 10 kVA to 200 kVA. Ratings for the other eight product lines are on their own pages, and anything outside the standard range is built to specification.
03Do you service equipment made by other manufacturers?
Yes. A large part of our AMC and repair work is on other makes. We need the model, rating, year and battery configuration so we can confirm spares availability before committing to a response time.
04Which areas do you cover for installation and service?
Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad with same-day attendance for load-down calls, and the surrounding MIDC belt — Chakan, Bhosari, Ranjangaon, Talegaon — on a next-business-day standard. Supply goes anywhere in India; service outside Maharashtra is contracted case by case.
05How quickly can you quote?
For a standard product against a stated load, within one working day. For anything needing a single-line diagram or a general arrangement drawing — parallel systems, plating lines, hospital installations — allow three to four days after the site survey.
